The Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM) has hailed 18-year-old Abiola Abidoye for setting a new academic milestone after achieving the highest A-Level result in Law in the United Kingdom.
In a statement issued by NiDCOM’s Head of Media, Public Relations and Protocol, Abdur-Rahman Balogun, the Commission’s Chairman, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, described Abidoye’s accomplishment as “a source of immense pride to Nigeria and the diaspora.” She encouraged young Nigerians to take inspiration from his commitment and passion for academic excellence.

According to Dabiri-Erewa, Abidoye’s achievement not only enhances Nigeria’s global reputation but also reflects NiDCOM’s mission of celebrating Nigerians who excel on the international stage.
She urged other young talents to emulate his determination, noting that record-breaking performances such as this strengthen Nigeria’s image abroad as a nation that values educational advancement.
