Governor AbdulRazaq Highlights Rapid Progress on Major Legacy Projects in Kwara

Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State has expressed satisfaction with the progress and quality of work at several key development projects, including the Remi Tinubu Hospital, the Saidu Kawu Court House, and Kwara Hotel. These projects are part of his administration’s legacy initiatives.

“We are happy with the progress (of work) so far. We are glad that we started this project on time because if we were to come up with (Kwara Hotel) today, it would cost more than double to achieve the same quality and size. We hope to see its completion as soon as possible,” said the Governor.

He further praised the high standard of construction, noting that it is both efficient and cost-effective by industry standards. “The quality of work (at the sites) is very good and cost-effective per industry standards, and we are glad that we brought in a reputable company to do the work for our state,” AbdulRazaq added.

The Governor also toured the Justice Saidu Kawu Court House and Senator Oluremi Tinubu Hospital, which are both multi-storey buildings with significant historical, social, and economic importance.
